Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation of their ticket purchase through their provided email (finance@foodie.my) or user account on our platform.


1.2. Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets):

For services offering electronic tickets (e-tickets), customers will receive digital tickets through the provided email or can access them through their user account.


1.3. Physical Tickets:

In cases where physical tickets are applicable, customers will be informed about the delivery timeline during the purchase process. The delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.


2. Ticket Modification and Cancellation:

2.1. Modification Requests:

Customers seeking to modify travel dates or other details must submit a modification request through their user account on our platform or by contacting our customer support.


2.2. Cancellation Requests:

Customers seeking to cancel a ticket must submit a cancellation request through their user account on our platform or by contacting our customer support. Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for applicable terms.
